Al Hoceima, northern Morocco, is the seventh best city in the world with regard to the beauty of its
beaches, according to a ranking by "global guide" urban cities.
The achieved ranking based on several criteria, including the beautiful natural scenery and beaches makes of Al Hoceima the most beautiful city in Morocco, followed by Agadir.
Al Hoceima in 2014 joined the very select club of the most beautiful Bays in the world(the Moroccan capital Agadir Soussone was already part of) . The ranking, established in Berlin in 1997, aims to "promote, enhance and protect bays in a perspective of sustainable development."
Among the most beautiful beaches in Al Hoceima, mention of Quemado Beach, at the foot of the cliff of the same name. The area of this beautiful beach with fine sand of an exceptional quality is around 9000 m².
The bay of Cala Iris, about 60 km west of Al Hoceima, is undoubtedly one of the finest resorts on the coast of Rif. Cala Bonita, Asfiha, Souani, Armoud, or beach Bades are all exceptional breathtaking landscape diversities .
